These terms govern access to the PNTMAP™ public website and the information published on it. PNTMAP™ is operated by Decent Cybersecurity Ltd (UK company number 15364616). Decent Cybersecurity Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration reference ZBxxxxxxx).
PNTMAP is an intelligence and situational-awareness service. It is not an authorised navigation source and must not be used as the sole basis for flight planning, navigation or aviation safety decisions.

Nature of the information
Published classifications are analytical judgements derived from the evidence available to the network at the time. Coverage is limited to the current sensor footprint; the absence of an event outside that footprint carries no information. Figures may be revised as later telemetry arrives or as verification completes.
Permitted use
You may view, cite and link to the public map and event log with attribution to PNTMAP™ / Decent Cybersecurity Ltd. Automated bulk extraction, resale, or redistribution of the data as a competing feed requires a written licence. Contact us for API access.
No warranty
The public service is provided as is, without warranty of availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decent Cybersecurity Ltd accepts no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Trade marks
PNTMAP™ is the subject of a UK trade mark registration application filed by Decent Cybersecurity Ltd.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
